It's Known For More Than Just The Yankees!
An Old City With a New Face
For nearly a decade now, the Bronx real estate market has been on the rise. Properties being flipped, empty lots turned into condo/rental developments and convenience stores turned into shopping centers; Following the footsteps of Williamsburg, Long Island City and Hoboken, the Bronx is experiencing a new look and people are loving it. With a large amount of buyers now searching for a more affordable place to live just outside the city, the Bronx checks off everything on their list.
I am proud to be recognized for some of my record sales, being mentioned in The Wall Street Journal and on Fox 5 News at 10 on Channel 5. I believe these changes can only benefit the Bronx. For those who already reside in the borough, this gentrification provides their surrounding with a more updated feel to the neighborhoods, which also brings the latest shops and well-known restaurants closer to them for their convenience. To those looking for a place that could fall under their budget, close to the city and with more space, this booming borough is just right. It grants non-Bronxites an opportunity to explore an area that was always right in their backyard and gives you more for your buck!
Investors and developers are a fair chunk of the clientele I encounter for Bronx real estate and it is has allowed me to experience this gentrification first-hand. Turning properties that were once declared unstable for residents into modern, gut-renovated, cozy homes that put a smile on the face of any Bronxite. The Bronx is finally getting the makeover it has always deserved!
